Glenn Richardson

Bill will be one of our great loss with INTEGRITY! Bill was like a father to me more than my own when I became Service Manager to Smith & Doster Ford Dealership many years ago. That was the best job for me of all the places I've shared my passion of fixing anything. He stressed the skill of having the trust of customers and the abilities to try to do it right or don't do it at all. I've spent many hours with most of his family members who most treated me as a family member. I will miss not seeing Bill again. I would give him a huge hug EVERY TIME I saw him. Bill and his wife, Pat, had given me advice often on how to handle issues while working for S&D. I'M glad that he respected my skills and told me so often, too. I was so grateful for Bill's Barry Phone Company for hiring my wife, Pat where she was able to save and invest for a future for our retirement's times. Miss you Bill ALWAYS. Hugs and thoughts to all family members and friends. Xxo0
