Greg passed away suddenly May 3, 2017. Greg was born July 17, 1958 in Hastings; the son of Kenneth and Jean (Thayer) Pease. A 1977 graduate of Delton Kellogg High School, Greg was a loyal employee of Summit Polymer as a quality manager for several years. Farming was what Greg enjoyed doing in his spare time as well as woodworking. Most of all, he loved his family. On October 3, 1981, Greg married the love of his life; the former Julie Ann Scott, who survives. Greg is also survived by a son: Kristopher (Staci Dever) Pease, a daughter: Jessica (Aaron) Suzuki, his father: Kenneth Pease, his mother: Jean (Alfred) Gemrich, brothers: Jody Pease, Adam Pease, and Trevor (Sarah) Pease, a sister: Kim Pease, a grandson: Kaleb Dever, a granddaughter: Quinn Suzuki, his mother in law: Peggy (Jim) Butler, and several nieces and nephews. Greg was preceded in death by a brother: Mark Pease. A graveside service will be conducted at Cedar Creek Cemetery, Friday, May 12, 2017, 11:00 AM. A luncheon following the graveside service will take place at 12:30 PM at the American Legion Post #484, Hickory Corners.
