William H. Sullivan, age 68, a lifelong resident of Middleville, lost his battle with cancer January 18, 2017 with his loving family by his side. William is the son of Arthur and Leatrice (Derick) Sullivan. William is survived by his son Ian, (Joanna) Sullivan, daughter Kelly, (Tom) Hammons, his granddaughters Briana Sullivan, and Chelesa Hooton, and great granddaughter Clover Tuccori, and his Brother Randall (Tammy) Sullivan. William graduated from Thornapple Kellogg High School in 1966. He also earned his Associates Degrees in Business Management, in Science, in Arts, General Studies, and in General Business from Grand Rapids Junior College, he also earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Davenport Collage in 1996. William worked for several years for the Village of Middleville. He then went to work at Bradford White Corporation, where he held a management position for over 30 years, he retired in 2010. In his retirement he loved to spend time at the Caledonia gun club shooting skeet and targets. He also practiced martial arts taking Tai Chi classes. William also enjoyed a quick trip to the casino, and many local restaurants. Most of all he loved spending time with his Son, family, and many special friends. At William’s request there will be no services. The family would like to say thank you to the staff at Clark Retirement Community of Keller Lake, Windsor Manor for the amazing care, support, and compassion William received from all of you, also to the staff at Faith Hospice.
